- 60-75 mins technical training
Tuesday
- 45 easy run/alternate aerobic activity or day off
Wednesday
- 6:00 pm
- Yukon College by the pumphouse
- 45 race +20 min warmup/down
Thursday -
- Ear Lake at Miles Canyon Rd and Alaska Hwy
